12. Changes and adoption to the constitution(12.1) This constitution can be changed by a resolution. The resolution has to agreed upon and passed by not less than two thirds of the members in good standing who are at the annual congregational meeting or special congregational meeting. Members must vote at this meeting to change the constitution. (12.2) This constitution shall become effective immediately upon adoption by the congregational meeting. Any former constitutions for the church are replaced by this constitution.
